Here’s a list of upcoming events for you to enjoy this Christmas Season. Please consider this your official welcome to any of these upcoming events:
Christmas Social
Every year we have a wonderful meal when the church enjoys being together. Santa joins us then too. We have great cooks and eat around the table together. It’s a great way to get to know the people of High Peak.
Come on December 8th at 5:00 p.m.. All are welcome. If you want, you can bring a desert or side dish. But you don’t have to.
Christmas Program
Our choir will present a Christmas program of music on Sunday night, December 15 at 6:00 p.m.. We have a fine choir that sings for the glory of God.
Christmas Carols and Cookies
Every year on Wednesday night our pastor and his wife provide refreshments to thank the church for all of their love and support. This year we will do that on Wednesday, December 18 at 7:00 p.m.. We’ll sing carols, have some fun and enjoy treats. It’s a lighthearted time of fellowship and festivities.
Christmas Candlelight Communion Service
Enjoy a traditional Christmas service with communion in candlelight. We’ll sing some Christmas songs and light candles. We’ll also take part in the Lord’s Supper commemorating the sacrifice of Jesus.
Year End Movie Night
The last Sunday night of December we’ll have a movie night with free popcorn and drinks at 5:00 p.m.. You can bring other movie snacks if you want. We’ll watch the wonderful movie Little Boy, about a World War II family dealing with the fear of their father missing in action. It’s a film about faith.

Regular Schedule of Worship
Sundays:
- Sunday School – 9:45 AM
- Worship – 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM (except when special events like those listed above take place)
- Wednesdays – 7:00 PM
We have classes for all ages from birth through adults at each of these events.
