Homecoming with Brown Family October 7

Homecoming with Brown Family

High Peak Baptist Church will celebrate another year of ministry as a church on October 7, 2018 with Homecoming during the 11:00 a.m. worship service. During that service we will welcome the Brown Family, a southern Gospel group from Greenville, SC. The group sings a great mix of southern Gospel and praise music to honor and glorify Jesus Christ. The group also heavily supports mission ministry in a few ways. You can learn more about them at their website.

Here’s a little about them from their own words. This comes from an older video. The group has a new make up with Mark Brown as the leader of the group and primary vocalist.

In addition to a musical ministry, the Browns actively support mission work at the Spartanburg Rescue Mission, Renewal Center for people dealing with addiction and leading worship. They’ve worked with Billy Graham Evangelistic Association at The Cove and Ken Ham’s Answers in Genesis ministry.

Lunch After Worship

The Brown Family will lead in worship during our 11:00 a.m. worship service. Then we will enjoy a fellowship potluck meal in the fellowship hall after the concert and worship service. Bring side dishes, casseroles and deserts. The church will supply the meat.
