Mother’s Day Portraits and Worship

Mother’s Day is almost here already. Set your calendar for May 14, when we’ll have our annual celebration of mothers. This year we’re doing two things to honor moms and worship God.

Mother’s Day Outreach

While we love moms and want to honor them on Mother’s Day, we also love Jesus and want to help family and friends come to know him as Savior. So, we’re asking everyone to invite their family and friends to High Peak for our Mother’s Day worship service at 11:00 a.m. that Sunday.

Mothers, please invite your children, grandchildren, spouses, and friends. If you attend church, but your mom doesn’t, then please invite her to come and bring your other families. We’d love to see families take the opportunity to fill an entire pew bench with their families.

On Mother’s Day, we’ll worship God and with music and a brief Gospel message. Your family members and friends will hear the Gospel on Mother’s Day. We hope to see some people get saved and shave a baptism in the week or two after Mother’s Day.

Mother’s Day Portraits

After worship, we invite you to have your portrait taken with our special Mother’s Day Themed backdrop. We’ll set it up in the prayer room behind the worship center to the left of the pulpit as you look at it from the audience.

You can come into the room and take your portraits with your camera or smartphone. If you want us to take the photo, we will send it to you after the service. Or, we can take the photo using your camera or smartphone.
