Rev. 4 is about who does the Glory belong to. Ans:GOD THE FATHER, and the father receives Glory THROUGH HIS SON JESUS CHRIST. I believe most people think heaven will be all about them. And what great rewards await them and what they have done. Rev. 4 reminds us that heaven is about God THE FATHER at this point, and HE is worthy to be worshiped day and night and has all power. HE created us for His pleasure not the other way around.
Thanks for the interp. I agree that this is all about God. In my message I focused on what heaven will be like and the first point was that God is at the center of it and we can get a little taste of heaven by putting Him at the center of our lives here too.
